How can different team members view the calendars of colleagues in the Shepherd app? For this to become possible, first, there needs to be a system admin-level approval for such access to be possible.

Once that is done, it is a very straightforward process. In the calendar view, there are two tabs: one allows the selection of different date ranges from day view all the way to month view. The other allows for the selection of named technicians. 

Using that Technician drop-down list, all the technicians are listed together with a tick box. That tick box, once selected, will stay that way through multiple loadings until you unselect it. Up to three names on the mobile can be selected (five names on the desktop) to keep the information clear and usable. 

Once that is done, their free times and booked obligations will be displayed so that you can plan ahead with less back and forth across screens.
