This year SuiteWorld was hosted in Las Vegas and the NetSuite partner program, SDN, recognised Tallinn-based Shepherd CMMS, awarding it the “SuiteCloud International Partner of the Year” award. SuiteWorld is an annual opportunity for NetSuite, its partners and its customers to meet, discuss and learn more about one another.

Upon receipt, Shepherd CEO Don Finnegan was swift to thank SDN for their endorsement:

“ We are all very happy to accept and have no plans to relinquish the award at SW22.”

As well as acknowledging the hard work of Shepherd staff:

“If you build, develop, test, design, or sell at Shepherd this award is the result of your work.”

The award was for Shepherd…

… growing their business at a high rate, aligning with NetSuite’s GTM – SuiteSuccess resulting in quicker wins, faster implementations and higher customer satisfaction.”

(SuiteCloud Developer Network Partner Manager, Simon Söderlund).

Shepherd’s rapid evolution has not meant sacrificing the customer care focus that is central to Shepherd’s business model. This commitment has helped clients using NetSuite ERP to maximise the efficiency of their field service and maintenance operations in ever more innovative and customer-centric ways.

Since Shepherd started developing their product, they have worked on the principle of a tailored-to-fit customization so each implementation asks for no compromises on the client’s part. Furthermore, Shepherd readily implements any customer’s requests. Unless very specific Shepherd makes those adaptations available to all other customers once ready to use, so every learning experience and development will benefit all Shepherd clients who want to add it to their subscription.

Shepherd carefully walks the line of efficient implementation of an often highly-specific service with the demanding timelines that come from mitigating the disruption to operations that any change to a company’s way of working causes.
