Shepherd

Shepherd began as the IT department of the Fin-Tek Corporation, a global company specializing in the design, installation, maintenance and optimization of ozone-generating systems. Fin-Tek implemented NetSuite in 2001, making it one of the latter’s earliest customers.

With the rise of the smartphone and NetSuite’s introduction of the SuiteApp Fin-Tek could start pushing its ERP into the field and to the plant floor. After several years of significant investments in the development of native maintenance management and field service solutions, Fin-Tek decided to spin off its IT department: Shepherd was born.

Having steadily expanded its range of solutions over the past decade, now including CMMS, FSM, Equipment Rental, HSW, Support Desk, and Timekeeping, Shepherd today is a fully-fledged, global Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) provider with an established presence on three continents.
