Field Service Preventive Maintenance

Field Service Preventive Maintenance
  • CMMS Equipment with a specific Equipment Type is maintained for each Customer
  • Usage Meters (e.g. miles) are defined for each Equipment Type
  • Service Triggers are defined with varying trigger types for the combination of service and usage meter
  • Service Order forecasts are adjusted as equipment readings are entered
  • Sales person semi-automatically creates sales orders guided by service order forecasts
  • Sales person breaks down each sales order service line item into multiple service orders, one per equipment
  • Technician records service specific data on the service order (readings, service report, time, …)
  • Invoices are auto-generated for completed service orders with service line items broken down by service order (equipment)
